The OCRA Rallies are four days of fun, including entertainment, meals, games, seminars, classes, special programs including ‘Honor Our Veterans’ and ‘Golden Weds’, contests and prizes. 

ORCA holds anywhere from one to three state meetings a year, as needed.  The Spring and Fall Gatherings are state board meetings where we take care of the business for ORCA.  Attendees are: Chapter Presidents, Chapter Secretaries, Assistant Directors, Staff and Keynote Speaker.
